Privacy policy

Metrostav Development a.s., Company ID No. 28440412, with its registered office at Koželužská 2450/4, 180 00 Prague 8 – Libeň, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. B 14524 and all its subsidiaries (the “Company”), as data controller, inform natural persons whose personal data they process about privacy principles and processing activities under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

Basic information

This policy applies to clients, suppliers, customers and other persons who contact the Company or provide it with personal data. Processing takes place manually and automatically in the Company’s information systems.

Kubis Libeň contact form

The form processes first name, last name, email address, telephone number, message text and information about the consents granted. The data are used to respond to the enquiry, establish future business cooperation and, only where separate consent is granted, send marketing communications.

Submissions are stored in WordPress through Flamingo, sent to the controller’s contact email and forwarded to Basin, operated by Moonshot Ventures, Inc. Basin stores submissions and may process them in Canada, the United States and through its listed processors. Current details are available in Basin’s GDPR information and Basin’s privacy policy.

Sources and purposes

The Company obtains personal data directly from data subjects or from publicly available and contractual sources. It uses the data mainly for preparing, performing and recording development contracts, contacting prospective clients, fulfilling legal obligations, marketing, defending legal claims and maintaining security.

Scope and legal basis

Identification, contact and other data necessary for the relevant purpose may be processed. The legal basis is performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations or the Company’s legitimate interest.

Retention and security

Personal data are retained only for the period necessary for the relevant purpose, for the period required by law or consent, or for the duration of the contractual relationship. The Company applies organisational and technical safeguards. Basin submission retention depends on the selected form settings and plan.

Recipients

Recipients may include Metrostav Group companies, IT and other service providers, banks, building managers, persons involved in contractual documentation, courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and public authorities. For the Kubis Libeň form, additional processors include the hosting provider, WordPress/Flamingo and Basin.

Data subject rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
