Consent to personal data processing

You hereby voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data by Metrostav Development a.s., Company ID No. 28440412, with its registered office at Koželužská 2450/4, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8, which is the parent company of its project companies implementing individual residential or administrative projects and performs real-estate activities for those companies under mandate agreements (the “Controller”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

You provide your consent for electronic communication, namely the provision of information by email or telephone.

The scope of processing corresponds to the data contained in this form: first name, last name, email address or telephone number, and any other personal data you provide to us.

You grant this consent to personal data processing for a period of 3 years from the date it is given.

You may withdraw your consent at any time in writing by delivery to the registered office of Metrostav Development a.s., through the Controller’s data box (data box ID: pcne68c), or electronically at [email protected].

The Controller will handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and its personal data processing principles.

If you believe that the Controller is handling your personal data contrary to law, you may request a remedy at any time at [email protected].
